Event Hosting & Overnight Retreats
Are you looking for a place for your group to spend
time enjoying the comforts of home while exploring the outdoors?
Whether is for a few hours or a few days, our facilities are
available for rent whenever summer camp in not in session.
Groups from local businesses, churches, scouts, colleges, youth
organizations, sports teams and bands, and many others utilize
our meeting spaces, food service, and overnight accommodations.

Meeting Space
The Wigwam, Bynden Wood Lodge, and Dining Hall are gorgeous
multi-use spaces that can accommodate groups of up to 200
comfortably in a variety of set-ups. Rustic lodges with
ping-pong tables and fireplaces provide centrally-located
smaller common areas in each ‘Cabin Village’.
In addition to indoor spaces, our grounds also boast
pavilions and picnic tables that provide wonderful breakout
spaces where participants can enjoy the sights and sounds of
nature. During free time there are basketball courts, tennis
courts, soccer fields, volleyball nets, firesides and miles
of hiking trails to be enjoyed.

Meals
Traditional camp cuisine is served buffet-style in our cozy
dining hall. The healthy and delicious menu includes a salad
bar and vegetarian options. We offer both ‘standard’ and
‘corporate’ meal pricing which provides groups different
menu options. Our kitchen is peanut-free and our friendly,
professional food service staff will work to accommodate
special dietary needs when informed ahead of time.

Cabins
Youth and adults alike marvel at our beautifully maintained overnight
accommodations. Each of our four ‘Villages’ contains six newly built log cabins.
Every cabin sleeps up to 14 and is fully winterized. State-of-the-art bathhouses
are conveniently located and provide plenty of room and privacy for even the
largest group.

Programs
Groups may choose to provide all of their own programming or
have our staff facilitate all or part of their visit. We
will coordinate with the group leader in order to best meet
the needs of the participants.

Pricing
For user groups who are providing all or most of their own
programming, we offer a-la-carte, menu-style pricing. We
offer all-inclusive Program Packages for schools and other
groups who are planning an event that will be
fully-facilitated by South Mountain staff.

need worship time in our outdoor chapel or a corporate team who
needs a meeting area with screen and projector for your
strategic planning retreat, our staff will work closely with your
